Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements and decision-support tools.

• Conduct analysis and prepare reports that influence Citi’s strategic decision-making, focusing on data accuracy and transparency.

• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory frameworks, escalating issues where necessary to protect the firm and its clients.

• Ensure control processes are properly managed, documented, and communicated across business units.

• Collaborate with technology, risk, operations, and product teams to support business strategies with high-quality data solutions.

• Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality, and governance across the Decision Management group.

• Apply sound ethical judgment in all business practices, safeguarding Citi’s reputation and maintaining client trust.

• Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with corporate goals.

• Support ongoing risk assessments and implement corrective actions in coordination with compliance and audit teams.

• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, decision management, or a related function within banking/financial services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver clear insights.

• Familiarity with compliance processes, regulatory frameworks, and risk management principles.

• Ability to demonstrate accountability, ethical judgment, and a client-first approach to decision-making.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines.

• Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

• High level of integrity and adaptability to Citi’s global corporate culture.
