As a Data Analyst in SailPoint’s Professional Services team, you will play a vital role in strengthening the organization’s ability to deliver data-driven insights that directly impact strategic decision-making. The position focuses on building and maintaining dashboards, reporting workflows, and data pipelines that enable leaders to make informed business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Professional Services, Delivery Enablement, and Operations teams to gather requirements and transform business needs into actionable data solutions.

• Take ownership of existing Tableau dashboards, ensuring they remain accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with evolving business needs.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Smartsheet, and Salesforce to enable effective performance tracking and decision-making.

• Collaborate with data engineers to conceptualize and enhance data pipelines, gradually shifting manual workflows toward automation and IT-supported scalability.

• Conduct thorough data quality assurance, validating accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets across multiple reporting platforms.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all dashboards, workflows, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and ease of transition.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of dashboards and underlying data sources, ensuring fast and seamless user experiences.

• Train and mentor colleagues on Tableau features, data analysis techniques, and reporting best practices, promoting a culture of data literacy within the organization.

• Stay current with industry trends, new tools, and emerging practices in data analytics to recommend continuous improvements.

• Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring data solutions are aligned with SailPoint’s strategic goals and operational excellence.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; certifications in Tableau or Microsoft Office are preferred.

• Proven hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, optimization, and training.

• Strong knowledge of SQL (preferably RedShift or BigQuery) to manage queries and data extraction for reporting.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Excel, with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources into coherent solutions.

• Prior experience in managing projects, delivering analytics solutions, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction under tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges ranging from manual data workflows to fully automated pipelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and reliability while keeping a clear focus on the broader business objectives.

• Ability to work across time zones, with at least four overlapping hours with the US team.

• A proactive, customer-centric attitude with the maturity to represent SailPoint’s values and build trust with internal and external teams.

For global roles, salaries may range between $75,000 to $110,000 per year, aligned with regional market standards.
