Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and managing robust development and test environments to support engineering teams.
Driving automation initiatives using Jenkins and building self-service portals to streamline infrastructure tasks.
Monitoring infrastructure health, ensuring service uptime and adherence to SLAs for customer-facing platforms.
Providing critical support to maintain near 100% uptime for essential services and applications.
Implementing processes to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of infrastructure systems.
Writing and maintaining comprehensive technical and user documentation, including FAQs and handbooks.
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and support teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
