🧑‍💻 Role & Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer Intern/Fresher at SarvM.AI, you’ll:

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and Ionic

• Work on backend services with Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL

• Collaborate on microservices architectures

• Learn and use tools like Kafka, Redis, SQS (huge bonus!)

• Participate in all phases of development – from planning and design to deployment and support

• Contribute to our mission of building intuitive user experiences and powerful APIs

• Work under fast-paced startup pressure—but with a great sense of team support and ownership

🚀 Internship Structure & Compensation

📅 Training & Evaluation:

• Duration: 1–3 months (usually unpaid)

• Performance-based early compensation starting from Month 2 (₹10,000–₹20,000/month)

🧑‍🎓 Internship Duration:

• Minimum: 6 months

• High performers may be converted to full-time employees (CTC-based discussion)

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Node.js and core JavaScript

• Basic experience with Angular / AngularJS frontend

• Understanding of asynchronous programming

• Familiarity with MongoDB / MySQL / Postgres

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Willingness to learn fast, adapt, and own your work

• Exposure to Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, AWS (SQS)

• Experience with Ionic Framework
