🔍 Role Overview

We are seeking passionate backend developers with solid fundamentals in microservices, APIs, and database technologies. You’ll be responsible for building scalable, high-performance digital banking solutions and solving real-world financial challenges using modern tech stacks.

🧠 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy microservices architecture for core banking applications.

• Implement secure, performant, and scalable backend services using Node.js, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.

• Integrate backend systems with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Build and manage API services and ensure discoverability, security, and throttling using API Gateways like AWS Gateway or Kong.

• Work on performance optimization, feature testing, unit testing (JUnit or similar), and load testing.

• Participate in code reviews, follow Agile/Scrum best practices, and ensure technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

• Stay updated with the latest backend technologies, design patterns, and architectural improvements.

🔧 Required Technical Skills

• Solid experience in Node.js, Java (Spring Boot) or similar backend frameworks.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API-driven development.

• Experience with RDS systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).

• Familiarity with middleware tools like RabbitMQ.

• Experience deploying and consuming APIs via API Gateways.

• Proficiency in writing unit tests, feature tests, and following Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.

• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
