• Arnav Kumar — IIT Kharagpur graduate and serial founder. Ex-VC at SAIF Partners (now Elevation Capital), early investors in Paytm, Meesho, Unacademy, and more.

• Vaibhav Singh — IIT Kharagpur graduate and ex-Deutsche Bank trader. Founding team member at Capital Float and Incred, both valued at over $500M.

Together, they’ve raised $30M+ in capital, built pioneering fintech platforms, and now lead Leap with a team of experts across engineering, product, finance, and design.

🎯 About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Tech Intern who is technically curious, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup.

As an intern, you'll collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams, and contribute to building scalable systems and tools that enable business growth and operational efficiency.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java

• Work with front-end frameworks like Next.js, React, or Angular

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with backend systems

• Ensure best practices around security, authentication, and data protection

• Debug and troubleshoot production-level issues

• Explore and implement POCs on new technologies

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong foundation in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Experience with front-end libraries: React, Next.js, or Angular

• Knowledge of backend frameworks: Spring Boot, Dropwizard, etc.

• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra

• Familiarity with web security fundamentals and data privacy best practices

• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a bonus
