Hinge Health: Software Engineering Internship

🚀 About the Role

As a Software Engineering Intern at Hinge Health, you'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that actively contributes to the development of our iOS, Android, and Web applications. You’ll get hands-on experience working on impactful features, automation, and live site operations while being mentored by experienced engineers.

This is a high-growth opportunity designed for current university students in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines to gain real-world exposure to full-stack development, DevOps, ML, and more.

🛠 What You'll Accomplish

• Write clean, production-ready code as part of agile sprints.

• Build, test, and deploy new features and tools.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.

• Learn and work with technologies like:

  • JavaScript, TypeScript, Python

  • React Native, Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL

  • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

  • AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Apollo, Redux

• Address tech debt, support live site operations, and contribute to automation.

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.

• Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, and other programming languages.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.

• Basic experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Exposure to AI, ML, or Large Language Models (LLMs).

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in ReactJS, Python, HTML/CSS, and front-end development.

• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, etc.

• Strong academic record in DS, algorithms, and database systems.

• Hands-on experience via hackathons, side projects, or research.

• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging tools.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
