🔍 Role Overview: Product Marketing Intern

We’re currently seeking a Product Marketing Intern to join our dynamic Web Marketing Team in Bangalore. This internship is tailored for individuals passionate about UI/UX, digital strategy, web design, and customer experience optimization.

As a Product Marketing Intern, you’ll support the design and performance enhancement of Cadence’s customer-facing websites. Your contributions will play a vital role in increasing user engagement, boosting lead generation, and elevating the overall digital experience. You’ll collaborate with industry-leading designers, developers, and stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world marketing practices.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Designers on digital strategy, UX research, UI prototyping, and testing.

• Assist in creating responsive, mobile-friendly web designs that ensure consistent user experiences across devices.

• Work within and contribute to Cadence’s design system and UI component libraries.

• Develop, document, and refine visual and interactive design specifications.

• Optimize visual assets for performance and loading speed on the web.

• Perform cross-browser compatibility checks to ensure seamless design delivery.

• Conduct competitive research and stay updated with trends in UI/UX, digital strategy, and customer behavior.

• Support quality assurance processes to maintain design accuracy and consistency.

🎯 Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• No professional experience required, but a portfolio of design projects is mandatory.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.

• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as:

  • Figma

  • Sketch

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)

• Good understanding of UX research methods, design systems, and accessibility practices.

• Self-driven, proactive, and a strong team collaborator.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or any relevant discipline.
